Salary: c.£35k
Technical Assistant for a busy food manufacturing site. In this role, you will assist the technical, quality, and production departments to uphold excellent standards of food safety, product integrity and operational efficiency.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, responsibilities for the role will include:
· Keeping detailed and accurate records for audit purposes and traceability
· Contributing to the investigation and resolution of quality or technical issues
· Taking product samples and carrying out basic laboratory tests/procedures
· Supporting quality inspections, overseeing production activities, and logging technical information
· Assisting in ensuring adherence to Food Safety and Hygiene Standards
· Collaborating with the Production Team and the Technical Manager
Essential / Desirable skills include:
· Previous experience in a Technical / Quality role at a Food Manufacturing site
· Attention to detail and good numerical skills
· Comfortable working in a chilled/food production environment

The role offers a highly competitive salary of c.£35k. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6am – 3pm.
